We keep a close eye on, document, and log the times when your Virtual Assistant (VA) logs in and out on their designated workdays.

Additionally, your VA will compile and submit written reports summarizing the tasks they've accomplished. These reports will be customized based on your specific requirements. You have the flexibility to request reports on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

If you have any inquiries or concerns regarding the written reports, please feel free to bring them up with our VA Project Manager.

As a final point, we can potentially offer access to a productivity tracking tool if it holds significance for you.

Any considerations or decisions related to the use of tracking tools should be communicated with our VA Project Manager.
